Beth Guenther

Mari Beth Guenther is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and workforce engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CommonSpirit Health since May 2020, Mari Beth previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CHI Health from December 2018 to May 2020. With a lengthy tenure at Toys"R"Us from October 1993 to August 2018, Mari Beth advanced through several positions, including Regional Human Resources Director, Regional Human Resources Manager, and Store Manager roles, managing HR functions across multiple states. Mari Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Peru State College, obtained in 1990.
