Carolyn Falvey

Carolyn Falvey has over 15 years of experience in healthcare technology and pharmacy management. Since October 2011, Carolyn has served as a Manager in the Pharmacy Service Line at CommonSpirit Health. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked as a Supervisor at Catholic Health Initiatives, overseeing Meditech Pharmacy Management and Laboratory from October 2011 to January 2014. Carolyn's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Clinical Analyst at Morton Hospital and Medical Center from May 2008 to October 2011, and as a PHA Development Analyst at MEDITECH from 1997 to 2008. Carolyn holds a degree from Bridgewater State University and possesses a wealth of knowledge in Meditech clinical systems.
