Cecilia Sandoval

Cecilia Sandoval, MS, SPHR, serves as the Northern California Market Vice President of Human Resources at CommonSpirit Health since November 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Cecilia held key positions at Dignity Health, including Human Resources Director and Manager from 2016 to 2021, and served as HR Leader and Generalist at Kaiser Permanente from 2010 to 2016. Prior experience also includes a role as Human Resources Manager II at Sacramento County, managing employee and labor relations for a diverse workforce, as well as positions at Bank of the West focused on employee relations and recruitment. Cecilia's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Drexel University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, graduating magna cum laude.
