Claudia Carroll

Claudia Carroll, RN, PHR, currently serves as the System Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CommonSpirit Health, a position held since May 2019. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at CHI Saint Joseph Health from January 1997 to April 2019, where positions included Market Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager. Claudia holds an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Lexington Community College (1994-1996) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kentucky (1978-1982).
