Connie Carmichael

Connie Carmichael is an experienced professional in project and program management within the healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Epic Training and Activation at CommonSpirit Health since August 2018, Connie leads a team of Epic-certified trainers and oversees Go Live planning for training implementations. Prior roles include Epic IT Program Manager at CommonSpirit Health and Director of Information Services at Spectrum Health, where valuable contributions were made to Epic system testing, training lifecycle, and project management. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Amway, focusing on enterprise talent development and project management in supply chain and marketing sectors, as well as a robust background in project management at Herman Miller and Citigroup. Connie holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
