De Anne Russell

De Anne Russell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SWP, currently serves as the System Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CommonSpirit Health, a role held since April 2019, overseeing recruitment efforts across multiple states and impacting one in four Americans. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director for Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding at Dignity Health, and earlier roles focused on recruitment and employee branding, including a Manager position for Arizona's service area. De Anne's career began in human resources management at Bank One and has included significant roles in recruitment and retention at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and CHW Arizona. Education was completed at Mesa Community College.
