Hood Tammye

Hood Tammye has extensive experience in risk management and nursing, currently serving as Director of Risk Management Operations at Catholic Health Initiatives since February 2014 and System Director of Risk Management and Loss Prevention at CommonSpirit Health since February 2012. Prior roles include RN, BSN CPHRM Risk Manager and Infection Prevention and Safety Officer at Saint Joseph Mount Sterling, part of KyOne Health, from August 2001 to February 2014, as well as DRMO at CHI from 2001 to 2014. Tammye holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Western Governors University (2015-2017), a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University (2008-2010), and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Kentucky Baptist Hospital School of Nursing (1977-1980).
