John Collins

John Collins currently serves as the System Contract Manager at CommonSpirit Health since April 2024. Previously, John held the position of Business Development Executive at Hallmark Health Care Solutions from July 2023 to December 2023. From May 2013 to September 2023, John worked at Ochsner Health as the Director of HR Risk Management/Non-Employed Labor, focusing on compliance, technological advancements, and financial oversight related to non-employed labor. Prior roles include Risk Manager, where John helped assess and implement changes to manage costs and risks associated with non-employed labor, and Contracting Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, responsible for guiding junior specialists and overseeing contract negotiations. John's earlier experience includes serving as a Contracting Specialist, where responsibilities included contract formation and administration. John holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from William Carey University and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from The University of Southern Mississippi.
