Kristen Sipes

Kristen Sipes has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, holding key leadership roles in prominent organizations. As Market Manager Talent Acquisitions and Director of Talent Acquisition at CommonSpirit Health since August 2017, Kristen leads a team of 12 supporting over 11,000 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Director of HR Operations and Analytics at KentuckyOne Health, where Kristen developed a comprehensive HR reporting platform, and Human Resources Manager at Bank of America, overseeing HR functions for a multi-state facility. Earlier in her career, Kristen managed the HR function for a rapidly growing company at Invesco US, contributing to its expansion. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Eastern Kentucky University.
