Casson's extensive experience spans multiple positions in HR technology and operations at various organizations, including Mercy Health and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Holding both a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA from Thomas More University, Casson's expertise encompasses HR technology implementation, operational talent acquisition, and project management within healthcare settings.
