Megan Parker

Megan Parker serves as a Patient Safety Specialist at CommonSpirit Health since March 2016, overseeing ambulatory clinics within VMFH Physician Enterprise by investigating and analyzing approximately 400 safety events monthly, alongside managing 15-20 escalated patient harm cases with leadership involvement. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Clinic Lead and Patient Access Specialist II at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, where responsibilities included staff training and workflow management. Previous experience includes roles as a Medical Billing Specialist at McCracken Chiropractic & Wellness Center and as a Program Administrative Assistant at Seattle Children's. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Western Governors University, Megan also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Shoreline Community College.
