Melanie Grom

Melanie Grom is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at CommonSpirit Health since June 2023. Previously, Melanie held the position of Director of Specialty Practices at CHI St. Joseph Health from August 2012 to June 2023, overseeing the clinic operations for St. Joseph Physician Associates. Prior experience includes roles such as Practice Manager at GVSA Medical Professionals, Clinic Supervisor at Scott and White College Station, and Human Resource Representative at Scott & White. Additionally, Melanie served as Human Resource Director at University Book Store, Senior Placement Coordinator at Human Resource Connection, and Human Resource Administrator at CableRep Advertising. Melanie Grom holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from California Southern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
