Michelle Johnson-Tidjani

Michelle Johnson Tidjani, JD, MBA, serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at CommonSpirit Health since October 2023, with previous significant roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Henry Ford Health since 2017, and Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Cleveland Clinic from 2012 to 2017. Tidjani's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge and Hall Render, preceded by positions at the Cleveland Clinic and Wayne County Michigan. Academically, Tidjani holds a BA in Government from Cornell University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and is pursuing an Executive MBA at IE Business School, alongside a completed Executive MBA from Brown University.
