Nancy Bussani

Nancy Bussani has extensive experience in non-profit management, program development, fundraising, board development, and community health partnerships. Nancy has held key leadership positions in various organizations, including CommonSpirit Health as Executive Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer, Renown Health as Vice President of Development, and Dignity Health as Vice President of Philanthropy. Additionally, Nancy has experience in board leadership, campaign development, corporate governance, and endowment management from their time at San Jose State University. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of Idaho.
