Rachel Field

Rachel Field is a skilled professional in medical education recruitment with extensive experience in residency and fellowship program management. Currently serving as a Graduate Medical Education Recruiter at CommonSpirit Health since January 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Residency & Fellowship Program Liaison at UHS, where significant contributions included developing a new educational program for psychiatry and expanding curricula across specialties. Earlier roles included Resident Provider Liaison and Recruiter at Schumacher Clinical Partners and experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Medical Transcriptionist at various organizations.
