Raul Chacon

Raul Chacon serves as System Director Senior Counsel at CommonSpirit Health, providing labor and employment legal counsel to a workforce exceeding 150,000 employees since February 2022. Prior to this role, Chacon held positions as Of Counsel and Associate at Ogletree Deakins from October 2014 to February 2022, focusing on a wide range of employment law litigation. During the time at Burns, Figa & Will, P.C. from August 2011 to September 2014, Chacon practiced commercial litigation, representing both business entities and individuals in disputes. Chacon's legal experience also includes a Dean's Teaching Fellowship at Emory University School of Law and an internship with the U.S. Court of Appeals under Hon. Judge Hull. Chacon's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Literature from Middlebury College.
