Rich Roth

Rich Roth is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategic Innovation Officer at CommonSpirit Health since April 2019. In addition to this role, Rich is a member of the Board of Directors at Truveta and Hill Physicians Medical Group, where Rich chairs the Compensation and Culture Committee and contributes to the management of the largest medical group of independent physicians in Northern California, respectively. Previously, Rich held directorial positions at One Medical and Dignity Health, leading efforts in innovation and strategic development. With experience in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota and a background in public health from West Chester University, Rich has also contributed to national health initiatives as an External Advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and co-founded SharedClarity, which focused on transparency in medical devices.
