Sai Ravi Behara

Sai Ravi Behara, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Data & Analytics in Population Health at CommonSpirit Health, overseeing risk adjustment and quality analytics initiatives from May 2021. Prior to this role, Sai was the Healthcare Data Intelligence Manager at Kern Medical, improving population health initiatives for low-income and risk-based populations. Earlier experience includes managing IT operations for payer systems at Molina Healthcare, serving as a Business Intelligence Project Manager at Microsoft, and leading aviation systems projects at Siemens Technology India. Sai began a career as a Software Engineer/Project Lead at Infosys, engaging with major global clients. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
