Sharon Boeshans

Sharon Boeshans, MSPM, currently serves as a Software Engineering Project Manager at CommonSpirit Health since November 2021. With extensive experience in project management, Sharon previously held the position of Senior Business Application Analyst at Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities included identifying and implementing application and process improvement projects across five business lines. Prior roles include project management positions at Microsoft, SEI Information, and various educational institutions where Sharon managed projects, developed proposals, and fostered stakeholder relationships. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Science Education from North Dakota State University.
