Skanda V. Skandaverl

Skanda V. Skandaverl serves as the President of the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) since January 2023, overseeing a membership of over 12,000 professionals dedicated to enhancing health care facilities' planning, design, construction, and operations. In addition, Skandaverl is the Division Director of Facilities Management, Energy, and Infrastructure for CommonSpirit Health, managing hospitals across North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. Skandaverl has held similar leadership roles at Catholic Health Initiatives, focusing on facilities management, planning, design, and construction across various states. Previous experience includes positions at Sentara Healthcare and Lawrence Memorial Hospital, as well as a role as a Construction Project Manager in the Middle East. Skandaverl's education encompasses degrees in Business Administration and Management, along with a diploma in Electrical Engineering.
