Stephanie Doty

Stephanie Doty serves as the System Vice President of Risk Management and Loss Prevention at CommonSpirit Health since February 2019 and holds the position of Vice President of Risk Management Operations at Catholic Health Initiatives, also since December 2012. In the latter role, Stephanie oversees the identification, analysis, and management of risks across employee, environmental, and patient domains, acting as the primary contact for market risk managers and employee safety coordinators. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Patient Safety at Regions Hospital, where responsibility included enhancing patient safety and mitigating harm events, and various leadership roles at UCare, SafeNet Consulting, and HealthEZ. Stephanie holds an MBA and an MSN from The University of Texas at Austin and a BSN from Augsburg University.
