Tanya Crabtree

Tanya Crabtree has extensive experience in healthcare technology and management, currently serving as the System Director for IT Post Acute Product Management & Application Support at CommonSpirit Health since July 2019. Prior to this role, Tanya held various positions at Catholic Health Initiatives, including Manager of IT Home Health & Long Term Care Service Lines and Applications, and Supervisor of ITS Ancillary Services - Home Health.
