Will Owens

Will Owens, MBA, PHR, serves as the Regional Vice President HR/CHRO for the California Division at CommonSpirit Health, having held various leadership roles within the organization since October 2019. Prior experience includes significant tenure at Dignity Health as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations for multiple medical centers in the Greater Sacramento area. Will's extensive background in human resources also includes a substantial period at Allstate, where leadership roles focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational strategy. Will Owens earned an MBA in Business and Organization Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Business with an HR concentration from California State University-Sacramento.
