Scott Hartley

Scott Hartley, P.E. has over 15 years of work experience in the engineering field. Scott started their career as a Transmission Engineer at Commonwealth Associates, Inc. in 2006 and later worked at Toledo Edison as a Dispatch Engineer. Scott then transitioned to Sargent & Lundy as a Transmission Engineer before moving to POWER Engineers as a Transmission Line Engineer and Team Lead. In 2014, they returned to Commonwealth Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager and Transmission Engineering Lead, where they currently work.

Scott Hartley, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo in 2005. Additionally, they hold a Professional Engineer certification from the State of Michigan obtained in 2015.
