Brian Kelmar

Brian Kelmar has worked as the Director of Business Development at CA Human Services since March 2022. Brian previously served as the Executive Director at LRIDD (Legal Reform for Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled) starting in February 2017. Prior to that, they were the President/CEO of Brooks Gray Signs from January 2007 until April 2022.

Brian Kelmar attended the Harvard Business School in 1996 for executive business education. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1992, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Troy University DC Metro Alumni. Earlier in their education, from 1973 to 1977, Brian earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Penn State University.
