MacKenzie Hohman

Mackenzie Hohman is an experienced program coordinator and autism resource navigator with a strong background in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. Currently serving as Program Coordinator at Commonwealth Autism, Mackenzie focuses on partnership development and outreach initiatives while assisting clients in life skills and transition programs. Previous roles include job coaching for students with Down Syndrome at the Virginia Down Syndrome Association and teaching independent living skills to autistic individuals.
