Andrew Dietiker

Andrew Dietiker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and banking. Currently serving as General Manager of Business Banking Tech at Commonwealth Bank since May 2007, Andrew has successfully implemented PACE, a scaled agile transformation, across multiple squads. Prior positions at Commonwealth Bank include General Manager of Risk CIO, where Andrew established an integrated Risk, Treasury, and Finance Data Platform, and Head of Treasury Technology, focusing on strategic technology investments for the group's Treasury function. Andrew's earlier career includes roles at Algorithmics as Director of Technology and Integration Engineering, managing teams across various regions, and at CGI as a Senior Developer for Global Markets and Risk, where Andrew contributed to the development of innovative Market Risk systems. Andrew began professional training in Sales and Service at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund from 1990 to 1992 and holds a degree from SUNY Geneseo.
