Prior experience includes positions at Macquarie Group as an Analyst-Global Rewards, Snowy Hydro Limited as Analyst-People & Culture, and Tintash as HR Manager. Ayesha also worked at Nestlé as a Recruitment Analyst and Graduate Analyst, and began their career at Ufone as a Reporting and Optimization Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Australian Human Resource Institute, an MBA in General Management, and a BSC in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences, as well as A Levels from Lahore Grammar School.
