Kim Cornelissen

Kim Cornelissen has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Commonwealth Bank since July 2019, while also acting as Recruitment Manager for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Europe) N.V. from 2019. Kim founded KimCornelissenRecruitment in July 2012, operating as a recruiter until January 2022. Previous roles include Adviser to the HR manager at the Dutch Banking Association, Recruitment Manager for experienced hires at Deloitte, and various project recruiter positions at ING. Kim's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in MER from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and secondary education from the University of Amsterdam and Coornhert Lyceum.
