Reema Suryanarayanan

Reema Suryanarayanan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Commonwealth Bank in India since October 2022, Suryanarayanan focuses on driving positive change within the organization. Prior to this role, Suryanarayanan worked at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India as the Head of HR for Center of Competence Functions, leading various corporate HR initiatives. Other notable experiences include roles at Schneider Electric, Villgro Innovations Foundation, Goldman Sachs, Mercer, Accenture, Wipro BPO, and Intercon International, where Suryanarayanan demonstrated expertise in HR business partnering, talent development, compensation and benefits, and organizational transformation. Suryanarayanan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Executive MBA) in Human Resources and Marketing from T.A.Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University.
