Adrienne Mullen

Adrienne Mullen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adrienne started their career as an Intensive Family Consultant at Children's Services of Hampton Roads, where they provided case management care for therapeutic foster care clients. Adrienne then worked as a Counseling Intern at Gordon College, providing short-term counseling services to college students.

After that, Adrienne joined Lahey Health Behavioral Services as an Outpatient and Substance Use Clinician, where they provided clinic-based therapy and played a key role in implementing standardized documentation procedures. Adrienne later worked at the Institute for Health and Recovery as a Training and Policy Specialist, leading the "Smoke Free Families" program and expanding its reach to other agencies.

Adrienne then joined Beacon Health Options and held various positions, including Utilization Review Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, Manager of Quality, and Director of Quality. Adrienne played a pivotal role in implementing quality improvement initiatives, overseeing regional teams, and contributing to accreditation audits.

Most recently, Adrienne joined Commonwealth Care Alliance as the Clinical Director of Virtual Care before being promoted to Senior Director of Virtual Care and then Senior Director of Clinical. In these roles, they focused on improving the organization's virtual care capabilities, overseeing vendor relationships, and leading program evaluations.

Additionally, Adrienne has obtained several certifications, including being a Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center For Credentialing & Education and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute. Adrienne is also a Board Certified Telemental Health (BC-TMH) Provider and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) from the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions.
