Brad Springer

Brad Springer has extensive work experience in business development and operations in the healthcare industry. Brad currently serves as the Director of Business Development & Partner Engagement at Commonwealth Care Alliance in Boston. Prior to this, they held roles as a Business Development Director and Vice President of Workplace Well-being at Optum. Brad also worked at Wellness Coaches USA, where they held various positions including Senior Director of Operations & Business Development and Operations Manager. Brad has a track record of successfully leading teams and implementing tailored wellness programs that have resulted in positive outcomes for organizations.

Brad Springer holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Toledo. Brad also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from Capital University. Additionally, Brad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health and Fitness Management from Capital University, completing it from 1997 to 2001.
