Cindy Glennon

Cindy Glennon, MPH, CIA has extensive work experience in regulatory compliance and auditing. Cindy has worked at Commonwealth Care Alliance since 2012, holding positions such as Director of Regulatory Compliance Audit and Regulatory Compliance Audit Manager. In these roles, Cindy was responsible for developing and implementing compliance audit programs, performing compliance audits, and presenting to the Internal Compliance Committee. Cindy also built partnerships with key departments and demonstrated proficiency in researching and interpreting regulatory requirements. Prior to their work at Commonwealth Care Alliance, Cindy held various positions at Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group from 2004 to 2011, including Project Leader Quality Assurance and Project Coordinator. Cindy also has experience as an intern at the Massachusetts House of Representatives and British Airways London Eye. In 2002, Cindy interned at Sanofi Genzyme.

Cindy Glennon, MPH, CIA, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology and Neuroscience from Boston University in 2003. Cindy later completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Health Policy and Health Law at the Boston University School of Public Health between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2017, Good Clinical Practice from NIDA Clinical Trials Network in July 2016, Advanced Microsoft Excel from National Seminars Training in 2013, and Internal Auditing from ASQ in 2010.
