Vice President - National Value-based Network Strategies at Commonwealth Care Alliance

Richard Trembowicz has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Richard is currently working as the Vice President of National Value-Based Network Strategies at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where they are responsible for the strategic growth of national value-based care strategies. Prior to this, Richard worked as the Vice President of Provider Network Management at Health Alliance Plan and as an Associate Principal at ECG Management Consultants. Richard also has experience in medical device development as the President and Director of MedicaMetrix, Inc., where they led the development of ProstaGlove, a medical device used in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Richard has held leadership positions in other consulting firms, including Principal roles at Paragon Health Consulting and The Concept Group. Additionally, they have experience in business development and policy analysis in the insurance industry, having worked as the VP of Business Development at Centene Corporation/Celtic Insurance. Richard holds expertise in strategic planning, operational development, value-based care, and health plan management.

Richard Trembowicz obtained a JD from Boston University School of Law from 1978 to 1981. Prior to that, they obtained an AB in Biology from Harvard University from 1974 to 1978. Richard also holds the certification as a Member of the Bar, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, obtained from the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers in June 1982.
