Samary Borrero

Samary Borrero, PHR, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources.

They have held various roles in different organizations.

From 2023, Samary has served as the Human Resources Business Partner Director at Commonwealth Care Alliance.

Prior to this, from 2016 to 2023, Samary worked at Parexel. They started as an HR Business Partner and then progressed to become a Senior HR Business Partner and later a Principal Human Resources Business Partner.

From 2006 to 2013, Samary worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where they held the positions of HR Consultant and HR Manager. In these roles, they supported organizational development, change management, training strategies, and led HR initiatives to improve employee relations.

Before Pfizer, from 2000 to 2006, Samary worked at Newland Associates as a Practice Leader/Talent Consulting and HR Consultant. They also have a certification as a Trageted Selection Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
