Siobhan M. Roma

Siobhan M. Roma, MS, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Siobhan M. started their career at Comcast in 2007 as a Recruiter and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Randstad Healthcare as an HR Generalist for a year. Siobhan M. then moved on to Beth Israel Lahey Health, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from 2009 to 2013, and later as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, Siobhan has been employed at Commonwealth Care Alliance, initially as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2016 to 2017, then as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2017 to 2021, and currently as the Director of HR Business Partnerships from June 2021 onwards. Siobhan's experience spans various HR roles and showcases their knowledge and expertise in the field.

Siobhan M. Roma, MS, SHRM-CP holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from Lasell University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Salem State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General, also from Salem State University. In addition to their academic achievements, Siobhan has earned several certifications including Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2023, The HR Leadership Experience – Cohort I from Ouellette & Associates Consulting, Inc. in 2021, SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2017, and Strategic HR Business Partner from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2017.
