Vayu Kieta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They started their career in 2010 as a Help Desk Technician at Codman Square Health Center, where they resolved various technology issues and implemented a recycling program for old technologies. In 2011, they worked as a Virtual Help Desk Technician at GreenPages Technology Solutions and later transitioned to a similar role at Tech Networks of Boston from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Vayu served as a Technical Support Specialist at Wentworth Institute of Technology. They then joined Commonwealth Care Alliance in 2016 and held positions as a Lead Help Desk Analyst and currently as a Lead Help Desk Senior Analyst, providing technical support and training to employees and technicians. Additionally, Vayu has a background as a Professional Dancer, being an official dancer for the city of Boston since 2008.

Vayu Kieta completed an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from New England College of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Business/Corporate Communications and Infomation Technologies from Year Up. Vayu also obtained their GED in General Studies from East Boston High from 2000 to 2003. In addition, they hold certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft in various software applications such as Microsoft Office365, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
