Colbey Smith

Colbey Smith is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in rehabilitation and administration. Currently serving as Assistant Administrator and Interim Administrator at Commonwealth Care of Roanoke since January 2020, Colbey has also held the position of AIT. Prior to this role, Colbey worked as Director of Rehabilitation at HealthPRO Heritage from September 2018 to January 2020 and as Director of Rehab at Reliant Rehabilitation from April 2017 to September 2018. Colbey holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotions from PennWest California and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Concord University.
