Shikhar Pandey

Shikhar Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Technology Lead and Co-Chair of the IEEE ITSLC Grid Flexibility Taskforce, as well as Chair of the IEEE PES Distribution Resiliency Taskforce, with a focus on developing a distribution resiliency guide for utilities. In addition to roles at ComEd, including Sr. Manager and Principal Quantitative Engineer, Shikhar has contributed to corporate inclusion initiatives and has a solid background in research and engineering, having worked with reputable institutions such as the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, ABB, and General Electric. Shikhar holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Power Systems and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, further solidifying expertise in both technical and managerial domains.
