Lindsay Selig

Lindsay Selig has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Officer at First State Bank Nebraska from July 2016 to June 2021. Lindsay also served as a Human Resources Manager at Complete Children's Health from August 2012 to July 2016, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Lincoln Surgical Hospital from July 2009 to August 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Fish & Richardson P.C. from July 2008 to April 2009, and as a Human Resources professional at Olsson Associates from April 2005 to July 2008.

Lindsay Selig has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Lindsay then pursued a Master of Arts degree in HRIR from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Lindsay has obtained several certifications in the field of human resources. Lindsay obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2006. In May 2012, Lindsay obtained the SPHR certification from the same institution. Finally, in November 2015, they achieved the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
