Mark Boyer

Mark (Dan) Boyer is a Principal Scientist at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since November 2022, with extensive experience in fusion energy research spanning nearly a decade at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, where roles included Research Physicist and Associate Research Physicist. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania. Previous engineering positions involved the design of plant layouts at Graham Packaging and performance evaluations of solar panel manufacturing robots at Komax.
