Tom Kerr

Tom Kerr is an experienced professional in industrial control systems and agricultural technology. Currently serving as the Manager of SPARC Industrial Control Systems at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since February 2022, Tom is responsible for the Central Control System that enhances coordination and control for operators. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Crop One Holdings (FreshBox Farms) from December 2014 to April 2021, holding multiple positions including VP of Farm Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing hydroponic farming systems and leading the FarmManager system development. Tom's earlier roles include positions at The Neighborhood Farm, John Hancock, and the Internet Archive, where skills in software development, systems analysis, and agricultural practices were honed. Tom holds an education from Emerson College.
