Brad Steele

Brad Steele currently serves as the Senior Director of Unified Communications for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where responsibilities include leading the vision, design, development, and implementation of unified communications strategies. With extensive experience in telecommunications management, Brad has previously held roles such as Senior Director of Unified Communications for the Executive Branch and Telecommunications Manager, focusing on cost reduction and operational efficiency. Prior to the Commonwealth, Brad developed skills in electronic messaging and graphics control at Gillette Stadium and managed field technicians at Avaya. Brad began a career in communications as an Avionic Communication System Specialist in the United States Air Force. Academic credentials include an Associate of Science in Computer Technology from Fisher College and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeastern University.
