Jacqueline Ryan is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation since February 2017. In this role, Jacqueline manages the Commissioner’s administrative services, extensive calendar management, and acts as a liaison between the Commissioner and other departmental employees. Prior to this position, Jacqueline held roles ranging from Office Manager at EnerNOC, where oversight of daily operations was managed, to Admissions Office Manager at Bay State College, supervising administrative staff and supporting admissions processes. Additional experience includes administrative positions at UMass Boston, The New England Institute of Art, and The Irish Cultural Centre of New England. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire and a high school diploma in Theatre from Boston Arts Academy.
