Suzanna Tekin

Suzanna Tekin currently serves as the Benefits Lead Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Tekin progressed from Corporate Management Trainee to Human Resources Manager and Area Human Resources Coordinator between May 2018 and March 2023. In these capacities, Tekin managed various operational tasks, particularly in Food and Beverage management, and engaged in internships that provided extensive hospitality industry exposure. Additionally, Tekin contributed to the American Hotel and Lodging Association as a National Executive Board Member and held volunteer positions to enhance guest experiences at events. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed in 2019.
