Erica Marshall is an experienced training and development professional currently serving as an LDP Specialist at CUNA Mutual Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Training Manager at CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, a tenure that began in February 2018 and continues to the present. Earlier in their career, Erica worked as a Senior Training Specialist/Supervisor at State Department Federal Credit Union from September 2007 to February 2018. Erica earned a degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland University College.
