Oksana Pyzik

Oksana Pyzik is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of pharmacy, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Lecturer at University College London (UCL) since February 2012. With a focus on global health and infectious diseases, Oksana is involved in multiple leadership roles, including the Global Citizenship Programme Strand Lead and Global Engagement Lead at UCL. Oksana has extensive experience in editorial and advisory capacities, contributing as an Editorial Board Member for Medicines Access at SAGE Publishing and serving as a Board Trustee and Advisor in Global Health for the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association. Additionally, Oksana is the founder of UCL Fight the Fakes and was recently a Science Journalist at The Guardian as part of the ABSW Media Fellowship. Oksana's academic credentials include a Masters of Pharmacy from UCL and a degree in Teaching and Learning in Higher Professional Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.
