Kaija Dietrich has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various roles at different companies. Kaija most recently served as the Head Of Finance at Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, where they have been working since December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at the same company from November 2012 to November 2018. Before joining Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, Kaija worked as the Manager of Group Financial Performance at Westpac from August 2010 to September 2012. Kaija also held positions as the Senior Financial Accountant at Network Services - ACP Magazines Limited from November 2009 to August 2010, and as the Assistant Director at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship from March 2008 to November 2009. Prior to that, they worked as the Finance Manager at the Royal Australian Mint from November 2006 to March 2008, and as a Financial Reporting Officer at the Australian Government - The Treasury from January 2006 to November 2006.
Kaija Dietrich earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the University of Adelaide, studying from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications from CPA Australia. In January 2006, they became a Certified Practicing Accountant, and in February 2021, they achieved the status of Fellow of CPA Australia.
