Angela Mason

Angela Mason is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Assistant Secretary of the Communications Branch at the Commonwealth Treasury since April 2015. Previous roles include Acting Assistant Secretary and various director and managerial positions focused on media relations, speechwriting, and strategic communications within several government departments and organizations, including Lifeline Australia and the Australian Department of Health. With a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations from the University of Canberra, Angela has developed expertise in corporate communications and public engagement throughout a diverse career spanning over a decade.
