Emma Baudinette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government and economic policy. Currently serving as Assistant Secretary in the State, Indirect, and Industry Taxes and Not-for-profits branch at Commonwealth Treasury, Emma has held various director-level positions focusing on budget strategy and Commonwealth-State relations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Department of Premier and Cabinet in New South Wales, where Emma coordinated strategic initiatives and managed various economic sectors. Previously, Emma worked at EY, the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Deloitte Australia in economic and policy capacities, beginning as an economist at Access Economics. Emma holds a Bachelor of Business and Economics with Honours from Flinders University.
